To help determine the appropriate dance level for each student, we conduct assessments based on age, skill proficiency, experience, and social/emotional maturity. Our experienced instructors evaluate each dancer during class and provide personalized recommendations to ensure the best fit. Dancers under the age of 7 are generally placed based on their age as of the first day of the full session. The minimum ages are 3 for Tippy level classes, 5 for Jumpstart level classes, and 7 for Beginning classes. *With limited exceptions dancers in these categories are placed by age.
